Felt. I used the cheap felt, but the nicer stiffer felt typically works better.

Thread if you want to sew the ends or hot glue if you just want to glue the edges
HTV for the names
Cricut machine or other similar cutting machine. You can also cut the shape out by hand
Cricut rotary blade if you have a Cricut maker or maker 3 machine. Felt can also be cut with the fine point blade but the rotary blade works better if you have one.
Green standard grip mat
Pink fabric mat. A standard grip mat can also be used especially if you cover it with transfer tape (sticky side up) to protect your mat from the felt fuzz.
Weeding tool
Heat press or iron
Scissors
Teflon sheet to help protect your project and heat press
